Francis Beckwith (a bioethicist at Baylor University) goes through the case law on abortion (eg. Roe v. Wade, Doe v. Bolten, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, etc) and shows what was made legal. Anyone who claims that abortion is not legal through all nine months of pregnancy is ignorant of the case law.
